SUMMARY:Accommodations\, Modifications\, and You: What Exactly IS Reasonable?
DESCRIPTION:What exactly is “reasonable” – what criteria should we use when evaluating requests? What is a “reasonable alternative?” What are we allowed to ask – and ask for – when determining if a request is reasonable? What do HUD\, DOJ\, and the courts say about our responsibilities and how to meet them? Can we still be sued or be the subject of a complaint even if we do everything correctly? Get the answers to these questions and more in the fast-paced presentation. Click to learn more and register. \n
