This Notice establishes a new process for establishing exception payment standards up to 120% of the FMR. PHAs that were approved under the previous streamlined approval process to implement payment standards greater than 110% up to 120% of the FMR that would like to continue with those higher payment standards must follow the new notification process outlined in this new notice\, specifically section 5B.
