DESCRIPTION:Are you responsible for lease implementation and enforcement? Do you review files for compliance and want to ensure accuracy and efficiency? This course is designed to equip you with the critical knowledge needed to confidently navigate lease types\, content\, and regulations specific to different housing programs. This course is designed to help you understand lease types\, content and regulations by program type. It also serves to walk through the proper process on how to modify sections of lease for different circumstances\, and identify different types of lease addendums and attachments that are both required and optional as well as method of implementation. It will educate attendees on how to properly implement new model leases when they are released for HOTMA compliance.Areas Covered*       Identify lease type and required content by program requirement.*       Learn the difference between an addendum and an attachment\, which ones are required\, and how to implement each*       Learn how to properly modify sections of the lease when different things happen*       How to properly implement lease and other information related to live-in aides*       Identify and correct common lease issues*       Learn how to properly implement new leases when they are released for HOTMA.
