SUMMARY:Fair Housing for New Team Members: 2025
DESCRIPTION:We all know the importance of every customer-facing team member having a basic understanding of fair housing compliance; yet\, are we really preparing them for prime time? One wrong word or action-even if unintentional- can end up costing tens of thousands of dollars.“Check the box” training for new team members is a waste of time and money and simply doesn’t work. Forget about generational distinctions for onboarding – everyone has a short attention span and a multi-tasking mind.
