This course is designed to equip you with the critical knowledge needed to confidently navigate lease types, content, and regulations specific to different housing programs. This course is designed to help you understand lease types, content and regulations by program type. It also serves to walk through the proper process on how to modify sections of lease for different circumstances, and identify different types of lease addendums and attachments that are both required and optional as well as method of implementation. It will educate attendees on how to properly implement new model leases when they are released for HOTMA compliance.
