Tim Wiens
Executive Director
Tim Wiens has served as the executive director of the Maryland Inclusive Housing (MIH) Corporation from its establishment in January of 2020. Since that time, MIH has grown to include six employees and has begun the work of moving services and supports in Maryland from a group home-based residential system toward a supported living system of services and supports, in which housing is separate from services.
Tim served as executive director of Jubilee Association of Maryland for 40 years, retiring from that position in June of 2019. He led Jubilee as it grew to an agency serving 140 individuals in more than 70 locations, with a budget of $12 million and 260 employees. During this time, Jubilee gained a reputation for excellence and innovation. Jubilee achieved extraordinarily low turnover rates for its employees and was a leader in partnering with other organizations to create new and innovative housing arrangements for the people it served.
Tim has served in many leadership positions at the local, state and national levels. He sat on the Board of the Maryland State Providers Association (MACS) for 12 years, including two as board president. He was appointed by the Governor to the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council, where he served for nine years. Tim received the MACS Recognition for Lifetime Achievement award in June 2019.
Tim is a graduate of Bethel College in N. Newton, Kan. He has a Master of Social Work degree from Catholic University and a Specialist Degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University, both in Washington, D.C.

Terri Bradford
Operations Manager
Terri Bradford is a native Maryland resident, growing up in New Carrollton and currently living in Columbia. She has a BS in Biology and Secondary Science Education from the University of Maryland, master’s coursework in Curriculum & Instruction from Western Maryland College and a specialist certificate from UMBC in Secondary Science Inquiry Pedagogy. Terri is beginning a new career after teaching science for 33 years in Anne Arundel and Howard counties.

Sarah Hochbaum
Community Living Coordinator
Sarah Hochbaum became the Community Living Coordinator at Maryland Inclusive Housing in May of 2022.
Hochbaum grew up in Columbia, Md. And has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Her passion for housing began when she started working at Green Door in Washington D.C., which supported the homeless population living with mental health and substance abuse disorders.

Sharonda Huffman
Director of Housing
Sharonda L. Huffman joined Maryland Inclusive Housing as the Director of Housing in May of 2022. She has a diverse background in the real estate, human services, law, insurance, and disability fields. Huffman recently served as the Lead Accessibility and Compliance Coordinator for the City of Baltimore. Huffman directed disability related initiatives. She also previously served as a real estate agent with the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development.
Huffman has been asked to be the keynote speaker for several webinars, training and workshops related to the cross section of discrimination related disability. She is a certified American with Disabilities Act Coordinator and a trainer with the ADA Training Leadership Network and has earned certificates as a Fair Housing Specialist.

Andy Krauss
Director of Communications
Andy Krauss is the became the Maryland Inclusive Housing’s Director of Communications of in May of 2022.
Andy comes to us from Sugar Free Kids Maryland, a statewide coalition working to make healthy eating and drinking options easier to choose for Maryland children so they can live long, healthy lives. He was responsible for the creation of all communications strategies for both Sugar Free Kids Maryland and developed external relationships to enhance Sugar Free Kids’ visibility on the local and national levels.

Lauren Silverstone
Community Living Coordinator
Lauren Silverstone brings nearly 10 years of social services experience to MIH. A native Marylander, she has a B.A. in Psychology from UMBC and a M.A in Human Sciences from Hood College.
Her interest in housing began when she served as a Residential Coordinator at Interfaith Works. She saw how the lack of affordable housing, in addition to medical conditions, resulted in unsuitable housing situations. She moved into a Service Coordinator role, which provided her with practical application and knowledge in case management.
