Current and future MIH Board members and staff met on April 19 to update of the MIH strategic plan. Marc Kolp of UMBC Training Centers facilitated the work as the group crafted new objectives for FY25, building on the goals and mission that are part of the existing FY23-24 strategic plan.
“The board was pleased with our growth and accomplishments of the past two years,” said Executive Director Tim Wiens. “Marc led us in a process of naming our strengths, identifying opportunities, speaking our aspirations and worked to craft new objectives. There was great positive energy throughout the morning. The next step is to agree upon the new objectives and this will be worked on at the May board meeting.”
