The Howard County Housing Commission will be opening its waitlist for the Housing Choice Voucher Program on July 31, 2023, at 8:00 am EST and close on August 31, 2023, at 3:30 pm EST. The wait list will be created through a lottery among all who apply during the above timeframe. It does not matter if you are the first or the last person to apply.
