On Dec. 2, MIH as part of the Montgomery Housing Alliance (MHA) had the opportunity to speak with Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich about its priorities and issues related to affordable housing. MIH Executive Director Tim Wiens delivered a proposal to ask for increased funding for our organization.
“The County is facing significant financial challenges,” said Wiens. “Ours is a relatively small ask, which could have significant long-term significance for people with developmental disabilities in the County.”
