MIH is hosting a 2-hour webinar training on May 9, intended solely for Housing Support Services Professionals. The training will provide an updated overview of the DDA/DHCD Rent Subsidy Program and will include a review of:
- Program requirements including changes that were made prior to the program’s opening
- Program documents and necessary forms related to applicant participation and leasing a unit
- The process for applicant and unit approval through the Department of Housing and Community Development
In addition, there will be ample opportunity to ask questions.
