A few years ago, MIH partnered with Mission First Housing to expand inclusive, affordable housing opportunities for people with disabilities. Today, that vision is a reality at Patuxent Commons—a 76-unit mixed-income community in Columbia, where 25% of the apartments are reserved for individuals with disabilities, alongside homes for seniors, individuals, and families.
