Ahmna Khan began her role of Director of Housing at Maryland Inclusive Housing in June of 2024. She has extensive clinical experience, having worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as both a behavioral specialist in day program and residential settings, as well as a mental health clinician in private practice. She has trained hundreds of Direct Support Professionals in both residential and day program settings to promote the quality of services for the DD organizations she has worked in.
Ahmna came to MIH from Montgomery County’s Department of Aging- Health and Human Services, where she served as a Program Administrator for Montgomery County’s new Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Commission. She supported the commission in looking at local and state legislation and policy that would potentially impact individuals with IDD and their families. Her leadership and commitment in this role were recognized by the County Council during Disability Awareness Month.
During her time at the commission, Ahmna quickly understood how housing was a huge topic of discussion for the members of the IDD community. She has also seen the positive impact of an inclusive community and housing/residential choice for many of her clients’ mental and behavioral health. Ahmna is committed to continuing her advocacy for individuals with IDD and looks forward to expanding and supporting housing teams statewide to continue to promote inclusive and affordable housing opportunities.

Tim Wiens
Executive Director
Tim Wiens was hired by the Board of Directors in January of 2020 as the half time Executive Director of the Maryland Inclusive Housing Corporation.
In 2016 Deputy Secretary Bernie Simons appointed Tim Wiens to serve on the State-wide Tiered Standards Committee to comply with the new federal CMS Settings rules. As part of Tim’s work on this Committee he was asked to chair the Residential Sub-Committee to set residential goals for DDA’s transformation. As a result of the work and recommendations of this Committee, in January of 2018, Mr. Simons appointed Tim Wiens to Chair the DDA Supported Living Advisory Committee, which led to the recommendations to establish both a DDA Rental Assistance Program and the Maryland Inclusive Housing Corporation.
Lauren Silverstone

Lauren Silverstone brings more than 10 years of social services experience to MIH. A native Marylander, she has a B.A. in Psychology from UMBC and a M.A. in Human Sciences from Hood College. Her interest in housing began when she served as a Residential Coordinator at Interfaith Works. Operations Manager
Terri Bradford is a native Maryland resident, growing up in New Carrollton and currently living in Columbia. She has a BS in Biology and Secondary Science Education from the University of Maryland, master’s coursework in Curriculum & Instruction from Western Maryland College and a specialist certificate from UMBC in Secondary Science Inquiry Pedagogy. Sarah Hochbaum became the Community Living Coordinator at Maryland Inclusive Housing in May of 2022. Hochbaum grew up in Columbia, Md. And has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Andy Krauss became Maryland Inclusive Housing’s Director of Communications of in May of 2022. Andy comes to us from Sugar Free Kids Maryland, a statewide coalition working to make healthy eating and drinking options easier to choose for Maryland children so they can live long, healthy lives.
