Rosa Villalobos serves as a Community Living Coordinator Intern with Maryland Inclusive Housing (MIH), where she works directly with individuals to help them access and maintain housing of their choice and achieve greater independence and housing stability.
Rosa joined MIH in May 2026 as an intern through Montgomery College’s Behavioral Health Associate Degree program. She initially provided administrative support to MIH’s Housing Support Services team, assisting with file reviews, appointment coordination and other responsibilities. Her experience in that role provided an opportunity to learn more about person-centered services and the importance of supporting individuals in making their own choices and achieving their goals.
As a Community Living Coordinator Intern, Rosa is MIH’s first intern to complete the organization’s Housing Support Services (HSS) Certification Training and transition into a paid direct-support role. She now applies the knowledge and experience gained during her internship while working directly with the individuals MIH serves.
A Washington, D.C., native, Rosa earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery College and an associate degree in Behavioral Health. She consistently earned Dean’s List recognition and is continuing her education at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where she plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Rosa is passionate about learning from the people MIH supports and helping individuals work toward greater independence and their own personal goals. She hopes to continue developing her skills and building a career focused on making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Tim Wiens
Executive Director
Tim Wiens was hired by the Board of Directors in January of 2020 as the half time Executive Director of the Maryland Inclusive Housing Corporation.
In 2016 Deputy Secretary Bernie Simons appointed Tim Wiens to serve on the State-wide Tiered Standards Committee to comply with the new federal CMS Settings rules. As part of Tim’s work on this Committee he was asked to chair the Residential Sub-Committee to set residential goals for DDA’s transformation. As a result of the work and recommendations of this Committee, in January of 2018, Mr. Simons appointed Tim Wiens to Chair the DDA Supported Living Advisory Committee, which led to the recommendations to establish both a DDA Rental Assistance Program and the Maryland Inclusive Housing Corporation.
Lauren Silverstone
Director of Housing Support Services
Lauren Silverstone brings more than 10 years of social services experience to MIH. A native Marylander, she has a B.A. in Psychology from UMBC and a M.A. in Human Sciences from Hood College. Her interest in housing began when she served as a Residential Coordinator at Interfaith Works. Terri Bradford
Operations Manager
Terri Bradford is a native Maryland resident, growing up in New Carrollton and currently living in Columbia. She has a BS in Biology and Secondary Science Education from the University of Maryland, master’s coursework in Curriculum & Instruction from Western Maryland College and a specialist certificate from UMBC in Secondary Science Inquiry Pedagogy. Sarah Hochbaum has been an invaluable member of the Housing Support Services team at Maryland Inclusive Housing (MIH), where she currently serves as Community Living Coordinator. Andy Krauss became Maryland Inclusive Housing’s Director of Communications of in May of 2022. Andy comes to us from Sugar Free Kids Maryland, a statewide coalition working to make healthy eating and drinking options easier to choose for Maryland children so they can live long, healthy lives.
